Question: Am i going through drug withdrawals?

I take vicodin like 2- 3 times a week and i just stopped now today ive been feeling nauseous lightheaded and my lower back really hurts now i was takeing the vicodin recreationally i cant go to a doctor or the ER im a teenager and my mom can not find out about this no matter what i know i brought this on myself and it was very dumb of me

Go to the ER tonite Or a doctor Dont give Up Lots of help for you

I hate to be blunt but you need to either stop on your own or do the right thing and get help believe man your mom loves you enough that she'll help before she gets mad. It's not your fault I got addicted to coke when i was younger and i was scared of what would happen of my grand mom would find out that i was. I ended up going to my grand mom for help she got me off the shit by taking me to a clinic and got me clean I've been clean for 2 years now. Man get help if not for you at least think about your mom she loves you and she would rather you come to her with this problem now then wait intel you're in real trouble. STAY STRONG
