No but I knew one once. No they were not able to stop compeatly.

Oh yeah i shoot up all the time especially in the bathroom at school, i started off with cocaine but heroin is so less expensive

I am not a heroin addict but know a few who were able to stop. It isn't pretty because they had to go through some very difficult withdrawls. Most went to a rehab but some went directly to the rooms of NA and/ or AA for help with their drug problems.

You need to get professional help. Heroin is a very addictive drug, one of the most addictive. People hardly ever stop using on their own, and if they do, they usually relapse. To prevent this, seek medical help.... Rehab.

I knew an extraordinary guy who fell into a heroin addiction. He eventually entered a methadone clinic and was clean for about 2 years. He got back into heroin and within months overdosed and died. This was last June and we all miss him like crazy. Please seek help if you are addicted... If you know someone who is, bring them to a methadone clinic or another clinic of some sort. Heroin is extremely addictive and dangerous.
