Having an overdose isn't a symptom of addiction--not everyone who is addicted overdoses. He just took too much too fast. These are the symptoms of an overdose...your niece's boyfriend may have had some, or most, or all of them: --Shallow breathing / difficulty breathing --Dry mouth --Extremely small pupils --Low blood pressure / weak pulse --Stomach spasms --Constipation --Bluish colored nails --Disorientation --Delirium --Drowsiness --Coma
