Heroin Withdrawal: Methadone Detox Facts

Question: What are the pain unit levels for: being hit in the testicles, heroin withdrawal symptoms and giving birth?

I want to try and place the three on a scale. And for how long does each pain last? I am asking for the approximate pain level in DOL [the unit for pain measurement].

I can only relate to the last one as I have three children.,...nowadays most women have pain relief so they're not feeling the full pain. Ive had a 100% natural birth and Id say the pain at the end was so bad I couldnt speak, and this carried on til a doctor actually gave me a shot of pethidine as I couldn't get through the pain barrier. I dont think this sort of pain is actually healthy, surely it must put pressure on the heart or something. You cant say how long it lasts, some paope, have quick babies, some are in labour three days.
