Question: My brothers really high on methadone and xanex what can i do to sober him up quickly?

Call 911! NOW! If he's in the process of overdosing, there isn't anything that's going to sober him up quickly enough. Give him some milk (that helped a LITTLE the one time I severely overdosed) and call the ambulance!

Sounds like you may not be able to do this on your own . I think it is time to talk to his doctor and let him know that your brother is abusing the medicine and that you would like to wean him off of it . If you try to do this overnight then it could damage his body and cause more issues. A lot of people get addicted to pain killers but unless the doctor knows how many is bieng taken as to the number that is prescribed then he will never know.Most people do not tell all to their doctors.
