I will need to know the city in which you live. If you do not want to make this information public then it will be a good idea to call your doctor or the receptionist. Your local hospital too should be willing to give you this information. I will if I knew which city you lived in. I'm responding from continents away. I'm presuming that you are writing from Canada.

I would try to locate a free health care clinic...they would most likely have some kind of answer for you.
