Methadone: Methadone Detox Facts

Question: It is my 9th day on methadone from subutex and am severely tired?

I only take 20mg. I take physeptone linctus 50mg, which is 5:2. I take 25mg in the morning and then I just want to sleep. Also on Effexor. I used to be on 8mg of subutex, so i am defnitely used to opiods. Could it be a side effect?

Drugs pretty much take away your quality of life. Whether you get them on the street or from a doctor. Been there.

Yes it's definately a side effect .... Usually it takes a couple weeks to adjust then u probably won't feel so tired..... If it continues u may want to ask them to decrease your dose by a couple mgs sometimes that helps... I used to get really tired an hour or so after I dosed but it did eventually subside...
