Question: Anybody have a solution for someone going through opiate detox?

Any suggestions on how to make going through opiate detox any easier? Or how to make it less stressful and less painful? Thank you for any helpful advice!

There is not much that is going to help if you are trying to detox without medical assist. you must stay focused on the fact that this miserable situation is only temporary. sometimes you can get some relief by staying well hydrated. drink orange juice if you can tolerate it. also stay away from chocolate and all caffeine. take tylenol for the muscle aches. don't ever forget this experience and how awful it is and maybe it will help you stay strong once you are clean.
