Opiate withdrawal can be pailful. I dated a girl who was addicted to oxycotin pills. Her brother was even worse and would steal them from a hospitil he worked at. I've had a history of addiction to benzodiezapines to sleep so i know how hard it is to quit. You have to find other ways to control your thoughts such as exercise, reading, and gradually bringing down your dosage so you can cope. Stay clean from alchol and other drugs, even tobacco if you can.
