Question: I want to help my friend who is addicted to opiates?

He is an opiate addict. He is really trying to quit. I try to help him as much as possible by driving him around when he needs to get to places (rehab clinics etc), cooking for him so he eats and I can check on him, making sure he knows im here for him and that I care. I was wondering if there is anything else I can do or what are some good things to say to help him? I know I can not fix him but I want to help him in every way possible. Ideas? 2 hours ago - 4 days left to answer. Any literature or resources you could recommend would be great too, I want to try and understand his problem better 2 hours ago |
