Question: I am with drawling from opiates. i took 75mg of adderall xr today. will this help?

Really? No - that will not help. You'll feel 'UP' yea, but the stress you're putting your heart under has got to be taxing. Don't try to stop one drug by doing another. A downer to an upper... c'mon man, not smart. Go get help from a medical professional. I speak from experience - trust me. Withdrawing from opiates is not life threatening. Although there are certain anti anxiety medicine you doctor can prescribe. I would say that you taking an excessive amount of amphetamine, which could be deadly, in the form of sudden death, is you perhaps switching one addiction to another...not good..
