Question: What can i do to get through suboxone withdrawal?

I have been on subs for about 4 months. My doc told me that when i came off of them i would only feel cold symptoms. NOT TRUE!!! Its much worse! I have tapered myself down to 1/ 8 of a pill a day for a week now and its only been 2 days without any and i feel horrible. is there a certain diet or herb i can buy to help with these withdrawals? PLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE!!!!

There are comfort meds...Trazadone is used for sleep, Clonodine or a benzo like valium is used for restless legs and anxiety. Immodium AD will give you a little relief if taken in large doses. Here's more help for you....and yes, you're doctor is an idiot. subsux.com
